The present writ petition is not being pressed by learned counsel for the petitioners, with a prayer that reasonable time be granted to them to vacate the premises.

Learned counsel for the respondents, upon instructions from his client, submits that he has no objection, if the time prayed for by the petitioners to vacate the tenanted premises, is granted.

With the consent of the parties, the petitioners are granted one year’s time to vacate the premises, on the following consented terms:

(i). The petitioners shall vacate the premises on or before

18.12.2026.

¶30

(ii). The petitioners shall pay all arrears of rent, as per the decree, within a period of four weeks.

¶31

(iii). The petitioners undertake to pay mesne profit at the rate of Rs. 10,000/- per month w.e.f. 01.01.2026.

(iv). The petitioners are directed to file an undertaking before the learned Rent Tribunal, to the effect that they shall vacate the premises, on or before 18.12.2026, and shall continue to pay mesne profits at the rate of Rs. 10,000/-, per month till vacation of the premises, and shall not sub-let or create any alteration in the disputed premises.

(v). The mesne profits payable from 01.01.2026, shall be paid by the petitioners by the 15^th day of the succeeding month. In case of default for three consecutive months in payment of the

mesne profits, then the respondents shall be entitled to seek execution for the decree.

(vi). If the order passed by this Court is not complied with by the petitioners, then they shall be liable for contempt of Court proceedings.

With the above observations, the present Civil Writ Petition stands disposed of.

All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
