Petitioner has filed the present writ petition in which it has been mentioned stated that plaintiff and defendants collusively withdrew the suit on the basis of compromise, wherein the petitioner was not a party. So, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 30.05.2023 passed by the trial court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On account of compromise between the parties, the trial court had simply dismissed the plaintiff’s suit as withdrawn, but no decree was drawn.

¶24

In this view of the matter, petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
