Instant writ petition is preferred by petitioner with following

prayer:-

(i) by issuing an appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature thereof and thereby quash and set aside the impugned order dated 27.06.2019 Annexure-6 issued by the Appellate Authority to the extent of imposition of censure as well as order dated 18.08.2021 Annexure-8 issued by the Reviewing Authority and in case in the mean time if the petitioner is debarred from any of the service benefits due to the impugned order of censure, the same may kindly be declared illegal and the petitioner be granted all such benefits with all consequential benefits;

(ii) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction, which is deemed just and proper by this Hon’ble Court may also be passed in favour of the petitioner;

Pursuant to direction dated 29.07.2025, the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur for exploring the chances of settlement between the parties, and now, a report dated 30.10.2025 has been received from the Mediation Centre, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur, indicating that mediation is successful.

Both the parties, have recorded a settlement and same is placed on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submit that the matter be disposed of in light of settlement between the parties.

Having considered the settlement and also taken note of the settlement between the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement as recorded by the Mediation Centre, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur and forwarded with the report dated 30.10.2025. It is expected of the respondents to consider the case of promotion of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from now. If the petitioner is entitled for promotion from any prevision date then he is also entitled for all consequential benefits as per rules.
