Consents for disposing the writ petition, as the issue raised in the present petition stands finally adjudicated by the Court in the case of Dr. Mahesh Chandra Sharma & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided by the Co-ordinate Bench on 13.07.2022 and upheld by the Supreme Court in SLP No.1430814318/2022 dated 30.01.2024 holding that the age of retirement for AYUSH Doctors would be 62 years.

Keeping in view that the petitioner has only attained the age of 60 years, she would be allowed to continue to hold the post of AYUSH Doctor and also be entitled to receive salary with all benefits till she attains the age of 62 years, whereafter she would be treated as superannuated and be given all retirement benefits accordingly.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands allowed. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
