Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, this Court while relying upon the dictum enunciated in Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) , directs the respondents to adjudicate the representation/legal notice dated 24.06.2025 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law and in a speaking manner, within the period of one week.
