This misc petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue direction to the respondents to make free and fair investigation of FIR No. 275/2017 registered with police station Bansoor District Alwar for offences under Sections 279 and 304-A of IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after thorough investigation charge-sheet No. 261 on 23.06.2017 was proposed against the accused for offences under Sections 279 and 304-A of IPC and Section 146/197 of MV Act and same was submitted on 05.08.2017, before the concerned Magistrate.
In view of the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the matter after completion of investigation, this court finds no ground to interfere at this stage for issuing any further direction for fair and impartial investigation.
Accordingly instant criminal writ petition is disposed of.
