Mr. Anand Sharma appearing for Union of India, states that Union of India is in the process of deciding the application for fourth regular parole.

We have considered the contentions.

Since, the matter is pending with Union of India from 05.06.2024, we deem it proper to allow the present criminal writ petition(parole) and direct the respondents to decide the application filed by petitioner pending with Union of India within a period of six weeks from today.

Criminal Writ Petition(Parole) is accordingly, allowed.
