Criminal Writ Petition No. 13/2025, single-judge order dated 10/01/2025 of Ashutosh Kumar, J. — Petitioners Shivani Sharma and Rahul Meena, represented by Ms. Jyoti Kanwar Chauhan, Adv. and appearing in person, filed a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the respondent authorities (State of Rajasthan through Secretary, Home; SP-cum-Nodal Officer, SIU Crime Against Women Cell; SHOs of PS Bassi and PS Shivdaspura) to provide adequate security and protection, alleging grave threat to their life and liberty at the hands of the private respondent(s).
