This petition is filed challenging the order dated 12.08.2025, whereby the Superintendent Central Jail, Udaipur imposed a condition of furnishing of two surety bonds of Rs.50,000/- each of the near relatives.

The grievance raised in the present petition was that division bench of this Court vide order dated 07.08.2025 allowed the parole subject to furnishing of personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two surities of like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Central Jail, Udaipur.

Learned counsel for the respondent on specific instructions submits that the impugned order is being withdrawn and parole of the petitioner shall be proceeded in accordance with law in compliance of the order dated 07.08.2025.
