Vide order dated 16.04.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, the Office was directed to issue summons to the accused-petitioner through concerned SHO, Police Station Kumher, District Bharatpur to serve the same upon the petitioner for marking his presence before the Court on the next date of hearing.
