Learned Additional Government Advocate has produced the report dated 07.08.2025 sent by the SHO, Police Station Indergarh, District Bundi (Raj.) and submits that accused petitioner no.1 – Satyanarayan has expired on 11.06.2024. Death certificate of accused petitioner no.1 – Satyanarayan is enclosed with the report.
It is evident from the report that petitioner no.1Satyanarayan has expired.
The report is taken on record.
Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as having become abated qua petitioner No.1 and the same now survives qua petitioner No.2 only.
