In S.B. Criminal Appeal No. 1094/2004:-
Learned Additional Govt. Advocate has submitted the report dated 19.05.2024 furnished to him by SHO, Police Station Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur (East) wherein it has been mentioned that accusedRajesh Kumar Meena has expired on 24.09.2016. Along with the report, he has produced photocopy of death certificate of accusedRajesh Kumar Meena issued under the signature of Registrar, Death and Birth, Municipal Board, Vidya Vihar, Pilani.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated. The photocopy of death certificate along with the report is taken on record.
