S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous (Petition) No. 3199/2020:-

No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

By way of filing this petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 26.02.2020, whereby negative final report filed by the police authorities after making investigation in respect of FIR No.0571/2019 before the learned Court below has been accepted.

Bare perusal of the order would reveal that the FR has been accepted by the petitioner by putting a remark in writing on the order-sheet and only on her no objection, order dated 26.02.2020 was passed by the learned Court below.

In case, the petitioner was aggrieved by filing a negative FR by the police authorities, she had remedy to file protest petition but instead of doing so, she accepted the same before the learned Court below, hence, under these circumstances, no interference is called for in the instant petition, and the same is hereby dismissed.
