This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash FIR No. 11/2016 registered at Police Station Khuskhera, District Alwar for offences under Section 420, 406 & 120-B of IPC.

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor has produced one factual report dated 22.06.2025 prepared by SHO Police Station Khuskhera, District Alwar revealing therein that pursuant to impugned FIR, after completing the investigation, negative final report has been filed by the police authorities on 17.11.2016.

The factual report dated 22.06.2025 is taken on record. 4. In view of aforesaid factual report, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the criminal petition.
