This petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR No. 339/2015 registered at Police Station Bajaj Nagar, District Jaipur (East) for the offences punishable under Sections 323 & 427 of IPC and Section 3(1)(10) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 11.05.2025, which is taken on record.

As per the factual report, after investigating the impugned FIR, negative final report has been submitted before the concerned trial Court, therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
