The instant misc. petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.450/2012 registered at Police Station Sadar, District Alwar for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor places on record the factual report dated 31.07.2025 received from the SHO, PS Sadar, District Alwar. According to which, after thorough investigation, police has filed negative final report against the petitioner before the concerned court, which has also been accepted. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of above, prayer made in this petition does not survive anymore.
