Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal misc. petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy so as to make a challenge to the order dated 10.03.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5 (North), Kota bearing complaint No.44/11.
In view of submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
In case the petitioner avails any remedy under the liberty granted by this Court, same may be considered strictly in accordance with law.
