IN S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous (Petition) No. 3054/2025:-
It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that no case is made out against the Petitioner and police after thorough investigation has proposed negative final report regarding commission of offence on the FIR lodged by the complainant respondent.
In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
The criminal misc. petition is disposed of accordingly.
IN S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous (Petition) No. 3087/2025:-
It is informed by learned Public Prosecutor that the police has proposed the negative final report against the petitioner.
Learned Public Prosecutor has also submitted the negative final report which contains the fact that no offence is made out against the petitioner under Sections 78(2), 79, 352, 351(2) BNS, therefore, considering the conclusion report filed by learned Public Prosecutor, this petition for free and fair investigation has been rendered infructuous.
The present criminal misc. petition is disposed of accordingly.
