The present petition has been filed seeking directions for quashing of FIR No.81/2024 dated 26.02.2024 registered at Police Station Nihalganj, District Dholpur for offence under Sections 143, 456, 394, 307, 427 of IPC.

Investigating Officer has marked presence and has submitted that matter pertains to a conflict between two neighbors, wherein complainant has attacked the petitioners house. It is further submitted that some of the allegations leveled in the FIR are primarily made out qua which accused persons have been duly

arrested by the police authorities. Further, it is submitted that CCTV footage reflects the commission of alleged offence qua which investigation is ongoing.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that investigation in the instant matter is conducted in an efficient manner, therefore, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the instant matter at a nascent stage. Howsoever, in the interest of justice, this Court directs that investigation be carried out under the supervision of the concerned Superintendent of Police.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
