The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of the orders dated 22.06.2022 and 28.02.2025. The S.D.O., Sikar in case No.3/2022 directed to attach the property and appointed the receiver. The said order was confirmed by Additional Sessions Judge No.3, District Sikar vide impugned order dated 28.02.2025. 2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the said order was passed as an interim measure and the proceedings before the S.D.O. under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. is still pending, therefore, this petition may be disposed of with a direction to concerned Court to expedite the proceedings.

The present petition is disposed of with the direction to the concerned S.D.O. to decide the proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. within the time frame of three months.
