In compliance of the directions passed vide order dated 14.05.2025, Mr. Manish Sharma, Dy. SP has marked appearance before the Court and has submitted that the petitioners are not co-operating in the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has objected the contention of the concerned Officer and has submitted that the petitioners herein are duly marking presence before the office of concerned Investigating Authority, however, their statements are

not recorded by them. It is further submitted that the petitioners have assured to voluntarily appear before the concerned authority on 14.07.2025 at 11:00 am.
In the facts and circumstances this Court without interfering in the instant matter, directs that order dated 14.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with a condition that the petitioners will mark their presence in the office of Investigating Authority on 14.07.2025 at 11:00 am and Investigating Authority is directed to conduct the investigation and submit outcome of the investigation, in accordance with law.
The present petition is accordingly, disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
