This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.338/2013 registered at Police Station Kekri, District Ajmer for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120-B of IPC.

Today, learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual & status report dated 11.09.2025, which is taken on record.

As per the factual & status report, charge-sheet against the petitioners was filed for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC on 05.09.2014 in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kekri (hereinafter referred to as the 'learned trial Court'). After completion of trial of Regular Criminal Case No.224/2017, the

matter has been disposed of vide judgment dated 27.11.2024. As per the judgment, petitioner No.1-Jai Singh has been acquitted from all the charges levelled against him and petitioner No.2-Hem Raj has also been acquitted from the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 467 read with 120-B of IPC, however, petitioner No.2-Hem Raj has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 465 and 471 of IPC and for these offences, petitioner No.2-Hem Raj has been given benefit of Probation of Offenders Act, 1958.

In that view of the matter, the petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.

Stay application and all other pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
