After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with the liberty that petitioner be permitted to avail appropriate remedy available in law.
Accordingly, the withdrawal is permitted. It is clarified that no prejudice will be caused on account of present withdrawal. Further, petitioner is at liberty to avail alternate/appropriate remedy, as available, in accordance with law.
In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
