Complainant himself is present in person before the court and concedes that he entered into compromise with the petitioners and if the FIR is quashed, then he has no objection. 4. In light of the judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and Another, 2012 INSC 419, this court deems it appropriate to quash the FIR No. 15/2025 registered with police station Shivdaspura, Jaipur City (South) for the offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 303(2) and 189(2) of BNS alongwith the entire criminal proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
