This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer for quashing of FIR No.354/2019 registered at Police Station Govindgarh, Jaipur (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323

and 341 of IPC and Section 3(1)(f) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submit the latest factual report dated 29.10.2023 and the same is taken on record.

As per the factual report, in pursuance of the investigation in the impugned FIR, a negative final report has already been submitted before concerned trial Court, therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Stay application and any other pending applications also stand disposed of.
