These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accusedpetitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.0052/2025, registered at Police Station Mandrail, District Karauli, for the offence(s) under Sections 191(2), 121(1), 132, 303(2), 125, 109(1) and 310(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 29/50 and 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act and Section 41 and 42 of Rajasthan Forest Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accusedpetitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the petitioner-Satendra is in custody since 06.05.2025 and other petitioners are in custody since 09.07.2025 and the charge-sheet has already been filed. It is also contended that the injuries caused to the Police Officials were found to be simple blunt in nature and there are no grievous or dangerous to life injury caused to any Police Officials. It is further contended that on the instance of petitoiner-Satendra, the name of the other co-accused have been mentioned and prima facie no offence is made out under Section 109(1) of B.N.S. against the petitioners and trial of the case may take considerable, therefore, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of bail applications.

Heard and perused the material available on the record.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners and after going through the injury report of Police

Officials namely; Kuldeep, Ramveer and Omveer, this Court deems it proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners namely, 1. Satendra S/o Rambharosi, 2. Bhura @ Dharmendra S/o Mangla, 3. Jagannath S/o Bhoopsingh @ Prabhu and 4. Khaimu S/o Kuttan, in connection with FIR No.0052/2025, registered at Police Station Mandrail, District Karauli, shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.

The accused-petitioners are also directed to mark their presence on 25^th of every month till conclusion of trial before the concerned Police Station. The SHO of the concerned Police Station shall send the presence report of the accused-petitioners to the trial Court, every month. In case of any breach to the above condition, the learned Public Prosecutor shall be free to move the application against the petitioners for cancellation of the bail before the concerned Court.
