Learned counsel for the applicants after arguing for sometime want to withdraw the present bail applications, making a limited prayer that the applicants be permitted to surrender before the concerned Trial Court, who may be directed to consider the plea of the applicants on the same date of making surrender.
Learned Public Prosecutor has not objected the aforementioned plea.

Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, and taking note of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants, however without commenting anything upon the merits/demerits of the case, the present bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn; with a direction that the accusedapplicants shall surrender themselves before the learned Trial Court concerned. The said Court is directed to consider the application so moved, or plea so made by the surrendering accused-applicants on the very same date.
