The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.31/2025 Police Station C.P.S., Jaipur, ACB District for the offences under Sections 7 of P.C.Act 1988 and Section 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the instant bail application at this stage. However, he submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the concerned trial Court, therefore, a direction may be issued to the trial Court to consider his bail application expeditiously.

Accordingly, this bail application filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed. However, it is directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within 10 days from today, and applies for regular bail, the learned
