Both of these bail applications have been filed by the accused-petitioners under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., in connection with F.I.R. No. 252/2024 registered at Police Station Bayana, District Bharatpur (Raj.) for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC.

The earlier bail applications filed by the accused petitioners

were dismissed as withdrawn.

Considered the submissions made at Bar.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly the fact that the accusedpetitioners are in custody since long time and co-accused have already been enlarged on bail by this Court, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

These bail applications are, accordingly, allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided each of them shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
