The accused-petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No.179/2024 registered with the Police Station Mantown, District Sawai Madhopur for offence under Sections 365, 382, 336, 379, 323 & 143 of IPC.

Counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accusedpetitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Counsel further submits that co-accused namely; (1) Padmesh S/o Harimohan (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Applicatin No.16097/2024), (2) Deena @ Dindayal S/o Shyokaran (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.15465/2024), (3) Bablu @ Badal S/o Late Asharam (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.13724/2024) & (4) Abhishek S/o Hira Lal (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.12269/2024) have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide separate orders dated 19.12.2024, 09.12.2024, 07.11.2024 & 24.10.2024.

Counsel further submits that the Police after completion of investigation, has submitted charge-sheet in the matter and the petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2024 and trial of the case is likely to take considerable time to conclude, therefore, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer made by counsel for the accused-petitioner.

Considered the submissions made at bar and also perused the material available on record.

Having considered the submissions made by counsel for the accused-petitioner, so also the fact that the police after completion of investigation, has submitted charge-sheet in the matter and more particularly the fact that co-accused namely; (1) Padmesh S/o Harimohan (S.B.
