After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw these bail applications filed under Section 482 of BNSS with liberty to surrender before the learned trial Court and file a regular bail application.

Permission sought for is granted.

Accordingly, these criminal misc. bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to surrender before the trial Court on or before 25.04.2025 and move a regular bail application

which is to be filed before 12:00 noon of working day. The concerned Court is requested to consider and try to decide it on the same day in accordance with law.

Till appearance before the learned trial Court within aforesaid period, petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.473/2023 registered at Police Station Nadauti, District Gangapur City (Raj.). In case the petitioners fail to appear before the learned trial Court on or before the given time, this order will lose its currency.
