After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seek permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to renew the prayer of bail after recording the testimonies of two star witnesses namely Hemant Prajapati and Surender.
Permission sought for is granted.
Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
Learned trial Court is directed to record the testimonies of aforesaid witnesses on priority basis.
