The instant second bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 295/2025 registered at Police Station Sikari, District Deeg for the offence(s) under Sections 3, 5 and 8 of the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration of Export) Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the first bail application of the accusedpetitioner was dismissed on 20.09.2025 with the liberty to file afresh bail application after filing of the charge-sheet. It is argued that the matter pertains to Bovine Animal Act and police has already submitted the charge-sheet. It is alleged against the petitioner that he provided his vehicle to the other co-accused and

There are no criminal antecedents against the petitioner, therefore, without commenting anything on the merits of the case I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the second bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Jahid S/o Rajak, in connection with FIR No. 295/2025 registered at Police Station Sikari, District Deeg shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
