The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.2/2025 registered at Police Station Akbarpur, District-Alwar for offences under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 324(4), 324(5), 61(2)(a) and 61(2)(b) of BNS.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no FSL report has been obtained in the matter nor has any specimen signature of petitioner has been taken. He submits that for ascertaining the facts regarding the forgery such an examination is necessary. He again submits that in the present case, a compromise has been arrived at before the SDM Court, on the

basis of which the SDM Court has passed a decree. In support of his contentions, he has filed the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by the Court of the Assistant Collector, Alwar. Petitioner is behind the bars since 09.10.2025. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody, hence, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor and the Investigating Officer have vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that no specific signature of the present petitioner has been obtained for the purpose of FSL examination and the relevant documents could not be sent for forensic analysis.

On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case, especially the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner- Mangal Singh S/o

Bhanwar Singh shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for his appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
