The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 84/2025 registered at Police Station Sez, District Jaipur West (Raj.) for the offence(s) under Sections 316(4), 316(5), 318(4) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that petition under Section 528, BNSS has already been rejected by this Court. It is submitted that applicant is a female, aged 33 years. It is further submitted that the mastermind of the present scam is husband of the applicant, namely Ajay Sharma, who has deposited the entire money in dispute and thereafter, compromise has been entered into between the parties. It is further submitted that in light of the aforesaid compromise, nothing remains in the present matter. Learned counsel for the applicant has further

relied upon an order dated 18.09.2025 passed by Additional CJM Circle-5 qua the aforesaid facts.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the instant bail application. 4. Having heard the submissions of the counsel for the parties and considering that applicant is a female of 33 years, that compromise has been entered into between the parties and considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to allow the present anticipatory bail application. Howsoever, if the facts are otherwise as submitted by the counsel for the applicant, the respondentState is at liberty to revive the present application.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed . The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Sez, District Jaipur West (Raj.) in F.I.R. No. 84/2025 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicant Smt. Neeru W/o Shri Ajay Sharma , she shall be released on bail, provided she furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:-

(i) that the applicant shall make herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii) that the applicant shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
