The petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.221/2025 registered at Police Station Roopbas, District Bharatpur for offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 352 and 189(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the bail application of petitioner No.1 Lalit S/o Shri Rajveer, with liberty to file a fresh after recording of the statements of injured Devendra. Therefore, bail application of petitioner No.1 Lalit is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

As regards petitioner No.2 Rajveer Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioner in the statement of injured Devender. He argued that though other witnesses have stated of specific act on the petitioner but the injury alleged to have caused by Rajveer is on right leg which is not dangerous to life. He again submits that petitioner is behind the bars since 16.09.2025 and charge-sheet has been filed. The trial of the case may take considerable time, no further custodial interrogation is required, hence the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner.

Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Rajveer Singh S/o Shri Birbal, be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
