These bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 BNSS seeking regular bail in FIR No.382/2025 registered at Police Station Bhawani Mandi, District Jhalawar for the offence(s) under Section(s) 318(4), 316(2) and 61(2) of BNS and 66-D of Information Technology Act (Amendment) Act 2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in these cases. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the offence(s) are triable by Magistrate. Learned counsel further submits that there is no transaction in the account and only complaints regarding use of his accounts is there. The petitioners have been in judicial custody since long. The conclusion of the trial will take considerable time, hence the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has opposed the bail applications.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the offences are triable by Magistrate, but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the bail applications filed under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that accused-petitioners namley 1. Jitendra Sharma S/o Kamlesh , 2. Rahul Yadav S/o Vijay Singh Yadav and 3. Mohammad Sharif S/o Razak Mo-

hammad shall be released on bail, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioners shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
