The instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused-applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No. 234/2025 registered at Police Station Sapotra District Karauli for the offence(s) under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 125 of BNS, 2023.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the accused-applicants that present matter at hand is a case of cross FIRs between the parties. It is further submitted that the alleged incident occurred on account of a property dispute between the parties, who are neighbors. It is further submitted that FIRs were lodged by both the parties and grievous injuries were sustained by the complainant in the present matter. Howsoever, it is not disputed that injuries were also sustained by applicants and other related persons. It is further submitted that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicants and they are behind bars eversince month of August 2025. It is further submitted that chargesheet has been filed and no antecedents are pleaded by learned Public Prosecutor except of one Amar Lal that too pertains to 10 years back.

Learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for the complainant have opposed the instant bail applications. 4. Having heard the counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the present matter at hand is a case of cross FIRs; that the alleged incident had occurred on account of a property

dispute; that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicants and they are behind bars ever-since month of August 2025 and considering the overall facts and without commenting upon the merits/demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the accused-applicants on bail with a condition that the applicants shall not interfere or threaten the complainant directly or indirectly.

Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants Ramraj S/o Shri Amar Lal, Kailash S/o Shri Amar Lal & Amar Lal S/o Shri Jagnya shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
