and her family members. While inviting attention towards the charge-sheet filed, the learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the dispute, if any, was of monetary in nature and due to deceased inability to pay the same, this FIR has been registered on false and concocted grounds. He further submits that there was no intention or instigation to drive the deceased to commit suicide.
The petitioner herself has taken the deceased to the hospital. If she had really instigated the deceased, she would not have taken the deceased to the hospital. The petitioner is a lady and a government servant with permanent residence and there is no likelihood of her absconding or tamper with the evidence. She is in judicial custody since 09.10.2024 and charge-sheet has been filed, no further custodial interrogation is required. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed.

learned counsel for the petitioner especially the fact that there were commercial transactions between the deceased and petitioner, involving a substantial amount of money and petitioner being a lady and government servant having no criminal history but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner.
