The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused-applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No.106/2025 registered at Police Station Sarwar District Kekri for the offence(s) under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of BNS.

Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicant is a young man, aged about 30 years and he has been falsely implicated in the matter. It is submitted that the applicant is behind bars ever since 06.06.2025.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. It is submitted that the applicant is having twenty criminal antecedents registered against him.
