Petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No.296/2024 registered with the Police Station, Karauli, District Karauli for offence under Sections 126(2), 309(6), 140(3) & 189(2) of B.N.S.

Considered the submissions made at bar and also perused the F.I.R.

On perusal of the averments made in the F.I.R., the allegations levelled against the present petitioner are general in nature and are of accompanying the other accused persons. The other co-accused persons namely; Sameer S/o Akbar & Safiuddin @ Molana Bandook S/o Naimuddin have already been enlarged on regular bail by this Court vide separate orders dated 02.09.2024 on the ground that the complainant party has sustained simple

injuries only.

Taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly the fact that there are general allegation against the present petitioner and the complainant party has not sustained grievous injuries, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to extend the anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. The S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Authority, Police Station Karauli, District Karauli in F.I.R. No. 296/2024 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to his satisfaction on the following conditions:-

(I). that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii). that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or any police officer, and

¶24

(iii). that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court.
