The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.178/2025 registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, District Jaipur City (East) for the offence(s) under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 109(1) & 140(3) of B.N.S.

Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that a compromise has been arrived between the parties and the same is submitted in the Court today.

Learned counsel for the complainant as well as complainantMr. Sonu Sharma (present in person) have not disputed the compromise arrived at between the parties.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

Considering the contentions put-forth by the learned counsels for the petitioners and also fact that parties have entered into compromise and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court deems it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Adarsh Nagar, District Jaipur City (East) in F.I.R. No.178/2025 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners- Santosh Kumar Bairwa S/o Shri Gangashay Bairwa, Dinesh Gurjar S/o Shri Gyarsi Lal Gurjar & Deshraj Gurjar S/o Shri Sukhiram Gurjar, they shall be released on bail, provided they furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:-

(i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

¶25

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
