These two bail applications are filed by the petitioners accused Dhruv S/o Rajveer Singh and Premsingh S/o Ramswaroop under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.183/2025 dated 03.07.2025 registered at P.S. Mahila Thana (Dholpur) District - Dholpur, whereby the petitionersaccused have charged under Sections 308(2), 308(7), 308(6), 61(2)(a) and 111 (3) of BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners relying upon grounds raised in bail application submit that the petitioners are innocent and falsely implicated in the present case. They further submit that one of the co-accused Urmila was already granted bail by this Hon’ble Court on 07.08.2025 and the case of the present petitioners accused is on same parity. Learned counsel further submit that the case registered by one of the co-accused Urmila was prior to the registration of current case and said FIR was registered on 27.06.2025 whereas current FIR is registered thereafter. They further submit that these petitioners are in custody since 22.07.2025. He also submitted that the trial will take its own time and no purpose will be served by keeping the petitioners-accused in custody.

Aforesaid contentions were opposed by learned Public Prosecutor.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-accused and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material placed on record by both the parties.

One of the co-accused Urmila is granted bail by this Court on 07.08.2025 and we have considered the grounds as mentioned by police during investigation.

Upon hearing the arguments and perusing the record, we have found that the petitioners-accused are no more required in the investigation and they are in custody for quite some time. The further proceedings will take its own time, therefore, looking to entirety of facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any

opinion on merits of the case, the Court deems it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioners-accused.

Thus, the instant bail application filed on behalf of petitioners-accused is hereby allowed and the petitionersaccused Dhruv S/o Rajveer Singh and Premsingh S/o Ramswaroop are ordered to be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond of ₹50,000/- with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the following conditions:-

(i) The petitioners-accused shall not tamper with evidence or influence the witness in any manner.

(ii) The petitioners-accused shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not repeat any criminal offence punishable under the Law.

(iii) The petitioners-accused shall attend the hearing of the Trial Court on the date fixed by the Trial court or as and when asked to appear before the Trial Court.

(iv) In case of any violation of above conditions, the bail granted to the petitioners-accused shall be liable to be cancelled.

The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Trial Court through E-mail.
