This application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking exemption from appearance before the concerned police station i.e., Kanota, District Jaipur City (East) in compliance of order dated 02.05.2024 passed by this court.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that while allowing the bail application of the applicant, it was directed by this Court that applicant shall mark his presence in the concerned Police Station on first Monday of every month till conclusion of the trial. It is submitted that applicant has been marking his presence regularly before the concerned police station since the date of order however, he is facing difficulty in marking his presence.
