This application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking modification of the order dated 24.08.2023 passed by this court.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that while allowing the bail application of the applicant, it was directed by this court that applicant shall mark his presence in the concerned Police Station on first Monday of every month but applicant is suffering difficulties in marking his presence. It is also submitted that applicant has been marking his presence regularly before the concerned police station since the date of order.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed.
It is hereby directed that henceforth, instead of marking presence on first Monday of every month, the applicant shall mark his presence in the concerned police station once in three months. However, other conditions mentioned in the order dated 24.08.2023 shall remain intact.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
