These applications have been filed under Section 528 of BNSS on behalf of the applicants seeking modification of the order dated 27.06.2023 passed by this court.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that while allowing the bail applications of the applicants, it was directed by this court that applicants shall mark their presence in the concerned Police Station on first Monday of every month. It is submitted that applicants have been marking their presence regularly before the concerned police station since the date of order however, they are facing difficulty in marking their presence.
For the reasons mentioned in the applications, same are allowed.
It is hereby directed that henceforth, instead of marking presence on first Monday of every month, the applicants shall mark their presence in the concerned police station once in three months. However, other conditions mentioned in the order dated 27.06.2023 shall remain intact.
Accordingly, these applications stand disposed of.
