This miscellaneous application has been filed for bringing on record the fact that in the order dated 18.06.2025, it has been recorded that the charge-sheet has been filed, whereas the charge-sheet was not filed till the date. The bail was granted.
Having considered the contents of the application, this Court finds that in the order dated 18.06.2025, the fact that the offence was triable by Magistrate and the petitioner was in judicial custody since 13.04.2025 has mainly, been considered while granting the bail to the petitioner, still by way of abundant precaution, the fact as alleged in the application is taken on record and should not be regarded as mis-statement or misleading in any manner.
In view of above, present application stands disposed of.
