In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants/appellants and for the reasons mentioned in the application bearing No.1897/2024 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay, same is allowed and the delay of one (1) days’ in filing the present civil restoration application is condoned.

The present restoration application has been filed by the applicants/appellants for restoration of S.B. civil Misc. Appeal No.4344/2019, which was dismissed vide order dated 05.07.2024 in furtherance of peremptory order dated 04.09.2023 for want of waiving the defects.

Considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the applicants/appellants.
