Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the applicant/appellant and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, this Court deems just and proper to allow the same.

Accordingly, this restoration application is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan High Court Munshi Sangh, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur.

On submitting the receipt of depositing the cost with the Registry, the present first appeal be restored to its original number.
