This restoration has been filed by the applicants/appellants for restoration of S.B. Civil First Appeal No.254/2002 which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 08.01.2024.

Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the applicants/appellants and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, this Court deems just and proper to allow the same.

Accordingly, this restoration application is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan High Court Munshi Sangh, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur.

On submitting the receipt of depositing the cost with the Registry, the present S.B. Civil First Appeal No.254/2002 be restored to its original number.
